Gasper Koren holds a degree in Social Informatics from the Faculty of Social Sciences, University of Ljubljana, Slovenia (2001). He further pursued studies in Statistics at the same institution, with additional coursework at the Department of Statistics, Institute of Mathematics, University of Linköping, Sweden, and the University of Michigan, USA.
He began his career as a researcher at the Faculty of Social Sciences, University of Ljubljana, focusing on survey data collection, particularly in Web Survey Methodology.
He later transitioned to various roles in technology startups across Slovenia, the UK, and the USA, specializing in operations, finance, and compliance.
In recent years, he has returned to data analytics, focusing on developing solutions for large-scale data collection, storage, and analysis, including predictive modeling, and usage of LLMs
